Goodmill Systems Ltd. will receive a €1.4 million grant for the implementation of Horizon 2020 SME Instrument phase 2 project. Spinverse supported Goodmill Systems Ltd. in preparing a successful SME Instrument Phase 2 project proposal to the European Commission Horizon 2020 research and innovation funding program. The project with a total budget of €2.0 million will receive support under the OpSEC - Operational Security through Ensured Connectivity program

Goodmill router system enables a paradigm shift in public safety vehicle applications and connectivity. The system enables the seamless use of several high-end solutions such as direct secure communication, digital mapping and navigation, live HD video, secure facial recognition, evidence recovery and forensics, and online crime reporting tools These applications would not be possible to use without a solution that ascertains a high connectivity rate at all times to headquarters and the most important databases there. This is what Goodmill router guarantees The solution for European PSS is already here and meets all industry requirements. Globally there is still need for certification work – this is one of the key objectives of the OpSec SME2 project. When that is finished the router is available to public safety operators across the globe.

SME Instrument is a dedicated funding instrument under the Horizon 2020 Research and Innovation program that supports innovative SMEs in Europe. The instrument aims to fill the gaps in funding for research and innovation at early stages and thereby accelerate the exploitation of novel solutions to address key societal challenges.
